PURPOSE: A cylinder liner evacuated hall processing apparatus for a large vessel engine is provided to rapidly execute the evacuated hall processing of the cylinder liner and to automatically grip the cylinder liner on a turn table. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder liner evacuated hall processing apparatus for a large vessel engine includes an automatic liner fixing unit. The automatic liner fixing unit is composed of a hydraulic joint(32), a hydraulic cylinder(33), a piston(34), a connection shaft(35), a wedge plunger(37), and a master jaw(39). The hydraulic joint is installed on a turn table base(31), and is connected to a hydraulic supply device. A hydraulic cylinder is connected to the hydraulic joint. The piston is installed in the hydraulic cylinder, and is operated by hydraulic pressure. The connection shaft is connected to the piston, and is interlocked along the operating direction of the piston. The wedge plunger is connected to the upper end of the connection shaft, and is installed in the center of a turn table(36). The wedge plunger is lifted with the connection shaft. |
