PURPOSE: A system for offering an Internet web page by generating a mobile connection address and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to receive and inquire a web page of desired URL by inputting only a user-setup WINC address. CONSTITUTION: A system for offering an Internet web page by generating a mobile connection address comprises a network computer terminal(10), a mobile communication terminal(18), a mobile connection address converter and a mobile connection address providing device. The network computer terminal enables a user to input the URL of a desired web page for the conversion into a user-setup mobile connection address. The mobile communication terminal inputs the mobile connection address of a specific web page obtained through the network computer terminal.
