PURPOSE: A food waste treating system and a treating method thereof are provide to save energy used for drying and heating food waste by forming a chamber to a vacuum pressure state. CONSTITUTION: A food waste treating system includes a drying chamber(2), a heater(4), a cool chamber(5), a condensed water pipe chamber, a pipe(10), a first valve(21), a second valve(22), a third valve(23), and a fourth valve(24). A mixer(3) is installed on an inner side of the drying chamber. The heater heats the drying chamber. The cool chamber cools vapor generated from the food waste. An end of the pipe is connected with the top of the drying chamber. |
