PURPOSE: An electronic device equipping a display device for preventing the abnormal occurrence of a display screen is provided to reduce the number of components comprising the display device and reduce the number of manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes a front cover, a display panel, a rear cover(71), and a sheet member(80). The rear cover receives the display panel along with the front cover. The sheet member has the conductivity and impact absorption property inserted between the display panel and rear cover. The area of the main surface of the sheet member is nearly identical with the area of the main surface of the display panel. In the seat member, the notch position is formed by corresponding to the wiring member installed in the display panel.
