PURPOSE: A natural rock composite panel using prepreg and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to ensure excellent resistance against shock added during construction and use. CONSTITUTION: A natural rock composite panel using a prepreg comprises a press molding material having natural rock (10) and prepreg layer (20). The prepreg layer is formed at one side or both sides of the natural rock of which thickness is 0.5mm to 20mm. The prepreg layer contains woven fabric or non-woven fabric in which synthetic resin is dipped. The synthetic resin is glass fiber, carbon fiber, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polyurethane fiber or acrylic fiber.
