PURPOSE: A washing device of contaminants using microbubbles having an electric charge is provided to recycle contaminants efficiently by separating the oil separated from water, sand, gravel etc. CONSTITUTION: A washing device(100) of contaminants using microbubbles having an electric charge includes an agitating bath(110), an oil separating tank(120), and bubble feeding part(130). The agitating bath has an inner space. The agitating bath is rotated by an outer rotary power unit. The oil separating tank is equipped on a side of the agitating bath. The oil separating tank stores the separated materials from the agitating bath. The bubble feeding part supplies bubble selectively to the agitating bath.
