PURPOSE: An authentication method among portable terminals and a system thereof are provided to minimize a load for authentication of a portable terminal and properly adjust a calculation amount for authentication, thereby performing a fast authentication process. CONSTITUTION: An authentication method among portable terminals comprises the following steps. A verification parameter H1 and a verification parameter H2 of the first and second portable terminals are supported(S121,S123). Verification parameters between the first and second portable terminals are exchanged. A channel between the first and second portable terminals is formed according to whether the verification parameters are the same(S133).
