<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel reducible in power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: One end of coupling capacity 6 is connected to a data line 7, and the other end is connected to a gate of a driving transistor 2 through a selection transistor 3. A gate of the selection transistor 3 is connected to a selection line 8. The driving transistor 2 supplies a current to a light emitting element 1. Holding capacity 5 holding the gate potential of the driving transistor 2 and a reset transistor 4 whose gate is connected to a reset line 9 is provided between a drain of the driving transistor 2 and the other end of the coupling capacity 6. With the data line 7 set to a preset voltage, the reset transistor 4 and the selection transistor 3 are turned on, and a current is carried thereto to write voltage corresponding to the characteristics of the driving transistor 2, into the coupling capacity 6. Then in the OFF state of the reset transistor 4, the selection transistor 3 is turned on to write voltage corresponding to the digital data of the data line 7, into the holding capacity 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
