<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system capable of displaying various contents in each display region by a plurality of information processing devices and preventing the occurrence of concentration of loads into the specific information processing device. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing device (client PC) has a load situation determining part 107, a load situation transmitting and receiving part 106, an image data transmission demand control part 108, and an image data transmitting and receiving part 109.
