摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method of a titanium-made member and a fixed-form resin material, which, associated with the method of manufacturing a unit having a titanium-made member consisting of titanium or a titanium alloy bonded with a resin layer, can effectively restrain the exfoliation of the both, and to provide a manufacturing method of a fuel cell separator. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fuel cell separator, which is fabricated by placing two sheets of planar members 71, 73 oppositely to each other with a space between them and forming cooling water channels in the space, comprises the first step of at least removing the titanium carbide layer or the titanium nitride layer which is formed on the surface of the planar members in the process of manufacturing the planar members 71, 73 from titanium or a titanium alloy and the second step of forming, on the opposite surfaces of the two planar members 71, 73 from which the titanium carbide layer or the titanium nitride layer is removed, the resin layer 72 for sealing cooling water and/or gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
