<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly for improving joining strength between a porous polymer membrane and a metal catalyst and hardly peeling off during use of the metal catalyst, a method for manufacturing an electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly, and a solid polymer fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly having the porous polymer membrane, the metal catalyst directly stuck in the vicinity of the surface of at least one side of the porous polymer membrane, and a proton conductive group containing composition filled up in porosity of the porous polymer membrane, a part of the metal catalyst is brought into contact with the proton conductive group containing composition concerning to the electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly, and the method for manufacturing an electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly, and the solid polymer fuel cell are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
