PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent diffusion of an air current the moment it comes out from a blow-out port, to expand a blow-out angle of air rightwards and leftwards and to guide air to a distant place. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with a right and left wind direction changing blade 8 arranged in the blow-out port 6 for blowing out air which has undergone heat exchange by a heat exchanger 3 and changing the right and left directions of the air blown out and with vertical wind direction changing blades 13, 21 for changing the vertical direction. The vertical wind direction changing blades 13, 21 comprise a first vertical wind direction changing blade 13 and a second vertical wind direction changing blade 21 which are independently rotated. The vertical positions of the first and second vertical wind direction changing blades 13, 21 can be interchanged, and their opposing faces can be interchanged by rotation.
