PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating force transmitting device using magnets, capable of restricting consumption of natural resource of fossil fuel such as petroleum so as to restrict generation of harmful substances such as carbon dioxide in simple structure. SOLUTION: In the rotating force transmitting device 10 using magnets, a rotating member 20 is rotatably placed on a base 12, and a ring-shaped guide groove 24 is formed on a disc part 22 of the rotating member 20. A first magnet mounting part 34 is formed on the rotating member 20, and first magnets 38 are fixed on an outer circumferential surface of the first magnet mounting part 34. On the outer side of the first magnet mounting part 34, a ring-shaped second magnet mounting member 42 is disposed concentrically. Second magnets 48 are fixed on an inner circumferential surface of a first magnet mounting part insertion hole 44 in the second magnet mounting member 42. A second magnet mounting member support 50 is installed on the second magnet mounting member 42 to correspond to the ring-shaped guide groove 24.
