<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the conventional metal welded tube manufacturing apparatus can not be applied to a metal welded tube of a small diameter, because the conventional apparatus is configured to cool an electric power feeding line by inserting it inside an inward tube, so that the diameter of the inward tube needs to be larger for the purpose of securing flow rate (flowing speed) of second cooling water sufficient to cool an inner welding torch. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The metal welded tube manufacturing apparatus is structured such that at least one of the outward tube 130 and the inward tube 131 is composed of a metallic tube in the inside of which the second cooling water 14 is made to flow and that this metallic tube is used as the electric power feeding line 17.
