PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a recording medium to be random-accessible, such as, hard disk, and to enhance the efficiency of a maintenance management work by a recording system for recording an image and data simultaneously, and by the function and display system of an analyzer for detecting a specific spot at high speed from recorded data. SOLUTION: This system has a sensor for detecting an image imaged by a TV camera and a symptom of a prescribed target spot; a sensor for detecting the position of the target spot; a recording means for digitizing output signals from the sensors and the output image signal from the TV camera, and unifying and recording them into a random-accessible recording medium, such as, hard disk; and an operation function and a display function for detecting a specific spot at a high speed from the recorded data and analyzing it.
