<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a columnar wall, supporting a load of a building, and serving as a partition between rooms, and facilitating a piping work to achieve reduction in required number of persons for the work, and a cost reduction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This columnar wall 21 is provided in an interior space 7 to be substantially orthogonal to an apartment division wall 8. The columnar wall 21 includes two post materials 23, 23 and a face material 22, wherein the face material 22 is provided with a functional hole 29a for a drain pipe, where a drain pipe 61 is penetrated, the functional hole 29a for a drain pipe is elliptic, and the drain pipe 61 is held in an optional position in the elliptic functional hole 29a for the drain pipe. A guide member 36 to which a drain pipe holder 35 holding the drain pipe 61 is provided in the vicinity of the functional hole 29a for the drain pipe, and the guide member 36 includes a guide rail part 36a for sliding the drain pipe holder 35 and fixing the same in an optional position and a fixing part 36b for fixing both ends in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail part 36a to the face material.
