<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid bad influence to the surroundings and facilitate handling by allowing collection into a lump for disposal by preventing a belt-like release sheet from hanging down from a main body after labels are separated from the release sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A hand labeller includes the main body 1 for holding a feeding reel 3 on which the belt-like release sheet D with labels L temporarily stuck thereon is wound, a lever 6 swingably provided on the main body 1, and a delivering mechanism 10 for delivering the belt-like release sheet D from the feeding reel 3 by swinging movement of the lever 6. The label L is separated and delivered from the belt-like release sheet D in the process of delivering the belt-like release sheet D, and a winding mechanism 20 for winding the belt-like release sheet D from which the labels L are separated. The winding mechanism 20 is composed of a winding reel holding part 23 for rotatably supporting the winding reel 21 for winding the belt-like release sheet D discharged and a driving part 30 for rotatably driving the winding reel 21.
