<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust a capacitance value of a capacitor element of a filter circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device 100 for adjusting an RC value which is the product of the resistance value of a resistance element and the capacitance value of the capacitor element includes: a filter circuit 150 which is provided with at least one resistance element Rf and at least one capacitor element Cf, and for which filter characteristics are determined by the RC value; and an RC calibration circuit 110 which is provided with a resistance element R for adjustment and a capacitor element C for adjustment corresponding to the resistance element and the capacitor element of the filter circuit, respectively, monitors a connection node voltage Vrc which is a voltage of a connection node Nrc of the resistance element for adjustment and the capacitor element for adjustment, and outputs capacitance value setting data Qcd corresponding to a charging time for the connection node voltage to reach a prescribed voltage.
