<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door strap structure capable of enhancing the operability of a strap without dividing a door body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When closing a back door 12 by downward drawing a door strap 61 hanging from a door side supporting point 103 of the back door 12, a cylinder body 41 of a gas stay 31 is brought close to a vehicle body side supporting point 56 of a piston rod 42 as the back door 12 is closed, and the back door can make a large turn around a middle part of the door strap 61 supported by a damper side supporting point 82, and a free end of the door strap 61 can be largely drawn in. Thus, the extension of the free end of the door strap 61 hanging from the back door 12 can be increased in the door open state 21 more than in the door closed state 22.
