<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under cover structure of a vehicle capable of obtaining suitable traveling stability during high-speed traveling without lowering the minimum road clearance during low-speed traveling. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An under cover 3 comes close to an under panel 2a during the low-speed traveling of the vehicle 1, and the minimum road clearance can be made high. During the high-speed traveling of the vehicle 1, the under cover 3 is sucked in a direction separated from the under panel 2a by negative pressure generated by a flow of air flowing on an under floor, so that the minimum road clearance of the vehicle 1 becomes low. Air flow speed V between the under cover 3 and a road surface G becomes high, and the negative pressure generated on the under floor of the vehicle 1 becomes high, so that suitable traveling stability can be obtained.
