PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film granted with conductivity by a metal mesh structure, in higher transmittance than a prior art and through processes with little waste. SOLUTION: For the transparent conductive film (D) formed on a transparent substrate (A), a mesh structure (C) of metal thin wires (B) formed on the transparent substrate to be given conductivity includes at least a ring-shaped pattern. The manufacturing method of a transparent conductive film obtains the transparent conductive film (D) through processes of arranging and fixing fine particles (P) with a simple dispersion of 20% or less on the surface of the transparent substrate (A), introducing dispersion liquid of metal nanoparticles (Q) into a gap between the fine particles (P) and the transparent substrate (A), and further, evaporating a dispersant in the dispersion liquid of the metal nanoparticles (Q), whereby, the metal nanoparticles form an agglutinated mesh structure (C) by themselves in their own organization, and next, removing the fine particles (P).
