<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of improving convenience for a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 includes an operation unit side housing 2 having an operation surface 2A, a display side housing 3 arranged at the operation surface 2A side in the operation unit side housing 2 and having a screen 3A, a linking housing 6 arranged between the operation unit side housing 2 and the display side housing 3, a rotation linking portion 4 for making the display side housing 3 and the linking housing 6 linked each other in a rotatable fashion centered on a rotation axis Z1 extended to a thickness direction in the display side housing 3, and a turnable linking portion 5 for making the operation unit side housing 2 linked with the linking housing 6 in a changeable fashion for an angle formed of the operation surface 2A and the screen 3A.
