<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic case capable of responding to a requirement for compact and light weight by preventing poor airtightness due to deformation, a crack or the like of a bottom part of a cavity part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the ceramic case 10 of press-shaping ceramic powder raw material 14 into a shaped article 15 having a recess and sintering the same, to make a concave part 13, comprises a process of filling a space made by a wall surface of a dice 16 with the raw powder material, the first lower punch and the second lower punch and pressing the same to form a shaped article 15 in the dice 16, a process of lowering the dice 16 until the upper surfaces of the first punch 18 and the dice 16 become flush with each other, a process of releasing the restriction from the outer circumference of the shaped article 15 and expanding the shaped article, to take out the same to the upper margin, and a process of letting the space between the recess and the second lower punch 19 air-permeable and raising the dice 16 until the upper surface of the dice 16 becomes flush with the upper surface of the second lower punch 19 to lift the shaped body with the upper margin of the dice 16 and remove the same from the second lower punch 19.
