PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a practice focusing on curving operation in operation of endoscopes by imparting flexibility in terms of places and time. SOLUTION: A curving operation practicing device for endoscopes for practicing the curving operation of endoscopes includes a body part 1 comprising a body operational part held by an operator, a curving operation knob 3 provided on the main body part 1, and a first photosensor 17 and a second photosensor 18 for detecting the amount of operation and operating directions of the curving operation knob 3. In addition, the curving operation practicing device includes an instruction content output part 33 for instructing the operator to operate the curving operation knob 3, and a comparison determining part 35 which determines whether the contents of the instruction from the instruction content output part 33 agree with the operating direction and the amount of operation which are detected by the first and second photosensors 17, 18 and are calculated by a calculating part 34 and the contents of operation of the curving operation knob 3.
