PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining seat assuring excellent usability and comfort and being materialized at relatively low cost. SOLUTION: This reclining seat is provided with a seating part 11, the backrest part 12, and a reclining mechanism 13 can tilt the backrest part 12 back and forth with respect to the seat part 11. The backrest part 12 has a seat back frame 25 tiltably connected to the seating part 11, and a slide frame 26 slidably and floatedly supported along the seat back frame 25 by an external force in a front side of the seat back frame 25.
