PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laying two strips of pipelines and a stand used for this method, in the method for laying the pipeline by welding by successively butting pipes in a tunnel. SOLUTION: This pipeline laying method is provided for forming a plurality of strips of pipelines in the tunnel by connecting and forming a single pipe carried in the tunnel by welding. The pipeline laying method includes a first strip pipeline forming process of forming a first strip of pipeline in a place except for a rail on which a carriage travels, a pipeline moving process of moving the formed first strip of pipeline in the wall direction of the tunnel, and a second strip pipeline forming process of forming a second strip of pipeline.
