PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide all posture welding equipment that welds an entire weld zone set around a stationary workpiece and, particularly, that automatically welds by assembling long pipes such as boiler tubes in a shape abutted on the tip end grooves. SOLUTION: In the robot rotating all posture welding equipment 1, a welding robot 15 is fixed to a rotary positioner 12 that is mounted on a base to rotate around the rotary axis, with a take-up drum 18 fixedly installed in the rotary positioner 12. When wiring/piping 21 for supplying utility to a welding torch 16 is wound and unwound with the rotation of the rotary positioner 12, a sag caused in the wiring/piping is absorbed by a cable buffer.
