PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow automatic setting of data, when arrangements of a plurality of extension telephones within a range covered with illuminating light and extension numbers corresponding to position information of illuminators are not included in preliminarily set data. SOLUTION: One extension G (group) number is made to correspond to one ID code which the illuminating light has, and a master unit 30 preliminarily generates a master unit DB 34, wherein a plurality of extension numbers correspond to extension G numbers, respectively; and upon the receipt of an ID code, selects one extension number from one extension G number which corresponds to this ID code. When there is no designated ID code or the selected extension number in the master unit DB 34, the master unit 30 receives user's designation from a key telephone 20 and registers it to the master unit DB 34.
