<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-beam step eliminating structure and an inter-beam step eliminating method, restraining or eliminating the occurrence of a flooring step and cloth breakage due to a floor step and a ceiling step of adjacent building units. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A super post 50 is removably installed between a ceiling girder 26 and a floor girder 40 of a parallel unit 12 disposed adjacent to the lower floor side of the unit building 10. There is no step between the adjacent ceiling girders 26 and between the floor girders 40 in the state where the super posts 50 are respectively mounted and both of them are connected to each other using first and second connecting brackets. In this state, the ceiling girder 26 positioned on the lower floor side and the floor girder 40 of the parallel unit 12 positioned on the upper floor side, which are located on a diagonal, are connected to each other through a first beam joining bracket 84 and a second beam joining bracket 86.
