PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for accurately and efficiently monitoring operation information of each program (process) executed in a CPU having paging type virtual storage without adding special change to an operating system side. SOLUTION: This performance monitoring program includes: an interrupt detection part 101 for detecting occurrence of interrupt processing executed in the processor according to invalidation of a TLB (TRANSLATION LOOKASIDE BUFFERS) entry performed in the operating system; a counter value acquisition part 103 acquiring a counter value of a prescribed event counted by the processor in timing wherein the interrupt processing is detected in the interrupt detection part 101; a process information acquisition part 104 acquiring identification information for identifying the process executed on the processor from the operating system 3 just before the interrupt processing detected in the interrupt detection part; and an association part associating the counter value obtained during the interrupt processing in the counter value acquisition part and the information obtained in the process information acquisition part just before the interrupt processing.
