PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mop cleaning device capable of performing load carriage by a forklift even while being attached with a mop, and thus capable of simultaneously performing both floor cleaning and load carriage. SOLUTION: The mop cleaning device includes a pallet 2 detachably held by forks 61 of the forklift, attachment metal fittings 3 in which attachment protrusions 32 are provided on its lower side and its upper side is detachably attached to the lower surface of the pallet 2, a mop holder 4 provided with an attachment part 41 detachably attached to the attachment protrusion 32 and detachably attached with a mop 5, and a coupling means coupling the attachment protrusion 32 with the attachment part 41 so that the mop holder 4 is displaceable at least in a vertical direction to the attachment metal fittings 3.
