Provided is an image file management system capable of managing a plurality of image files without requiring an input procedure of an identification number for specifying a computer and a predetermined authentication procedure. The image file management system (10A) comprises a server (11) and a computer (13) for sending an image file to the server (11) through an internet (12). The server (11) specifies an artist field and a copyright field as identification information of the image file, and uses the artist field and the copyright field to classify the image file sent from the computer (13) by every field data and to store the image file while correlating the image file with the artist field and the copyright field.
