A system and method of displaying customized data/content on a display screen the method comprising receiving broadcast data for a channel including down linked data/content having multimedia audio-video (A/V) program data/content; assigning a relay frequency to said broadcast data/content; receiving interrupting signal (1) from the detected broadcast data/content; accessing the schedule list; replacing downlinked detected broadcast data/content with scheduled data/content; receiving interrupting signal (2) from the schedule list; sending downlinked data/content as broadcasted data/content.
