PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting an LCD glass mark is provided to reduce vibrations which are generated while a glass holder is moved by a pair of parallel joint link devices. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for inspecting an LCD glass mark comprises an LCD glass holder(10), a pair of parallel joint link devices(20,20'), a rotation unit(30), a drive shaft, and a controller. The parallel joint link devices support a side of the glass holder. The rotation unit rotates the link devices. The drive shaft guides the right/left rectilineal motion of the inspection apparatus. The controller controls the location of the LCD glass holder. |
