PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for encoding or decoding of a video signal are provided to improve the image quality of a restored frame by reducing the difference with an original frame based on the application of a filter to the restored frame. CONSTITUTION: A method for encoding or decoding of a video signal comprises the steps of: receiving the estimation information and the filter information of a macro block(S145); estimating a current picture by using the estimation information of the macro block; and applying the filter by using the estimated current picture and the filter information(S150). In the step that generating an estimation value of the macro block, the estimation value of the current block is generated by using the estimation value of a block adjacent to the current block in the case of the estimation inside a screen. |
