Provided is an adhesive sheet (1) comprising a base material (11), an adhesive layer (12), and plural through-holes (2) formed therein penetrating from one side to the other side of the sheet. The base material (11) comprises a resin composition containing 50 to 85% by mass of a polyolefin resin (A) and 15 to 50% by mass of a resin (B) in which a difference between a 5% mass loss temperature in a thermogravimetric analysis carried out under nitrogen current at a temperature-increasing rate of 20ºC/min and that in a thermogravimetric analysis carried out under air current at a temperature-increasing rate of 20ºC/min is 60ºC or lower. Accordingly, air entrapment and blistering can be prevented or eliminated, and an olefin adhesive sheet in which through-holes can be formed by laser thermal processing can be obtained.
