COMPOSITION FOR DETOXIFICATING HEAVY METAL AND HEALTH FOOD COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A vegetable food composition and a health food comprising the same are provided to show excellent nutritional functions. CONSTITUTION: A vegetable food composition showing an effect of discharging heavy metals comprises 20-30wt% of moloKhiya, 10-15wt% of yacon, 5-10wt% of kale, and 15-30wt% of barley sprout. The vegetable food composition is composed of 5-10wt% of broccoli, 5-10wt% of celery, 1-6wt% of Phaseolus angularis, and 5-10wt% of spinach. The vegetable food composition is comprised of 2-8wt% of Angelica keiskei, 2-8wt% of carrot, and 2-10wt% of pumpkin.
