PURPOSE: An element attachment structure is provided to make the structure simple and supply oil and fuel safely. CONSTITUTION: An element attachment structure comprises a filter housing(10), a center core(30), and an element(40). The filter housing includes a receiving part(11), an outlet port(12), an influx pathway(13), and a drain pathway(14). The receiving part receives an element. The outlet port communicates with the receiving part. The material filtered through the influx pathway flows into the engine. The drain path is formed to be connected to the outlet port separately from the influx pathway. A center core includes a flange part(31), and a support(32). The flange part adheres to a filter cap(20). The support is formed to be extended to the lower part of the flange part. The element comprises a top cap(41), and a filter element. An opening is formed on the top cap. The center core is inserted into the opening. The hollow is formed in the filter element. A hollow is fixed at the lower part of the top cap. The center core is inserted into the filter element.
