<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure capable of applying a large quantity of grease thereby, without scattering the grease to an external part, even if the large quantity of grease is applied to a seal lip. <P>SOLUTION: This seal structure for sealing a part between a seal housing and a mating member, has the seal lip slidably brought into close contact with an end surface part in the axial direction of the mating member, and is formed by applying the grease to the seal lip. The seal structure is positioned on the outer peripheral side of the seal lip, and is provided by setting a clearance in the axial direction between the seal housing and the end surface part in the axial direction of the mating member, and has a grease scattering preventive structure for also restraining scattering outside in the radial direction when the grease applied to the seal lip passes through the clearance in the axial direction in rotation. The scattering preventive structure has a collar-shaped grease receiving part integrally or separately arranged in the end surface art in the axial direction of the mating member and overhanging in a noncontact state to the outer peripheral side of the seal housing.
