<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sense of wearing of a user of a wearable motion assisting device and to allow the user to use the device according to the change of the body size or in a different region of the body. <P>SOLUTION: The wearable motion assisting device SU includes a first support member 14 to be attached to a proximal body region of a joint, and a second support member 16 to be attached to a distal body region of the joint. The support members 14 and 16 are connected to each other by a first connecting member 60 and a second connecting member 62. The first connecting member 60 and the second connecting member 62 are rotatably connected to the first support member 14, and unrotatably connected to the second support member 16. The first and second connecting members 60 and 62 can be separated from the second support member 16, and permits separation of the first and second support members 14 and 16. A storage setting part 36 is integrally formed on the outer surface of the first support member 14, and a servomotor 74 is disposed inside the storage setting part 36.
