<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device, an electrooptical device and an electronic device, capable of suppressing the unneeded electromagnetic radiation of a serial bus. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes: a high-speed serial interface circuit 40 provided with a receiver circuit 42 for receiving differential signals through the serial bus; guard terminals G1 and G2 for radiation prevention; terminals DP and DM which are disposed between the terminals G1 and G2, and to which the differential signals are input; a power supply terminal VDDA to which a power supply voltage on the high voltage side for the receiver circuit 42 is supplied; and a power supply terminal VSS to which a power supply voltage on the low voltage side is supplied. A switch element T1 is provided between wiring GL1 from the guard terminal G1 and wiring VSL from the power supply terminal VSS, and a switch element T2 is provided between wiring GL2 from the guard terminal G2 and the wiring VSL from the power supply terminal VSS.
