<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector capable of preventing a user's ability for confirming an OSD image from being deteriorated when the environment for viewing and listening is changed. <P>SOLUTION: An image separation part 51 separates the information about image in an OSD region on which the OSD image is superposed from the information about input image when the OSD image is superposed on the input image. The image separation part 51 outputs the separated information about image in the OSD region into a buffer 53 and outputs the information about image in a background region on an outer side of the OSD image into an image quality adjusting and processing part 52, which adjusts and processes quality of image for the information about image in the background region and outputs the information about the processed image into an image synthesizing part 54. The buffer 53 stores the information about image in the OSD region temporarily and then outputs the information into the image synthesizing part 54, which synthesizes the information about image input from the image quality adjusting and processing part 52 and the information about image input from the buffer 53 and outputs the synthesized information about image into an image projecting part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
