<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vivo tissue closing device capable of preventing or suppressing the application of a load to a deformation portion of a closure till use and easily and quickly retaining the deformation portion of the closure to the distal end of a long portion of an arrangement device in use. <P>SOLUTION: This in-vivo tissue closing device includes a clip 4 which has a seal portion 41 and the deformation portion 42 and closes a hole penetrating through an in-vivo tissue membrane, and the arrangement device which removably retains the clip 4 and closes the hole with the clip 4 to arrange the clip 4 in a living organism. The arrangement device has a cover tube 6 which has an opening section 61 capable of retaining the deformation portion 42, at its distal end, and a retaining member 18 which is located at the distal end of the cover tube 6 in the initial state, retains the clip 4 and is movable to the proximal side along the cover tube 6, wherein, when moving to the proximal side, the retaining member 18 pushes the deformation portion 42 into the opening section 61 to retain the deformation portion 42 to the distal end of the cover tube 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
