PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply and exhaust opening with improved execution performance, not causing disengagement of a fixing metal fitting by excessive loosening of a fixing screw when the air supply and exhaust opening fixed to a ceiling member is removed. SOLUTION: This air supply and exhaust opening includes: the fixing metal fitting 33 pinching a wall portion together with the flange portion 9 of a body frame portion; the fixing screw 32 screwed into the fixing metal fitting 33; a fastening means pressing the wall portion by rotating the fixing screw 32 to move the fixing metal fitting 3 to the wall portion; a guide portion formed to move the fixing metal fitting with the wall portion maintained in a pressing position; and a lock means preventing the fixing meal fitting 33 from being moved to a side opposite to the wall portion beyond a predetermined range when releasing the wall portion pinched between the fixing metal fitting 33 and the flange portion 9.
