PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of resin transfer molding which uses no resin-diffusing medium, that is peeled from a molded article and is abandoned after molding, and capable of efficient resin diffusion. SOLUTION: The method of resin transfer molding comprises superposing a bagging film 7 on a layer of reinforcing fibers laid on a mold 3, airtightly bonding a periphery of the bagging film to the mold, evacuating a space between the bagging film and the mold, injecting a resin into the space between the bagging film and the mold to impregnate the reinforcing fibers with the resin and curing the resin. Resin injection passages 8 and resin discharge passages 9 are alternately formed outside the reinforcing fiber layer along a surface of the reinforcing fiber layer and the resin is injected into the resin injection passages to allow the injected resin to move to the resin discharge passages via the reinforcing fiber layer and thereby to impregnate the reinforcing fiber layer with the resin.
