<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a link tree creation program and creation device for creating link trees separately depending on a predetermined condition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The computer-readable link tree creation program creates a link tree beginning from a predetermined Web page in relation to links pertaining to Web pages receivable via a network, and causes a computer to function as: a link retrieval means (S304) that retrieves a link from a file of a Web page; a link list preparation means (S306) that adds the retrieved link to a list; an other tree determination means (S309) that compares the retrieved link with the link of a Web page as a start point and determines whether or not to create other link tree beginning from the retrieved link; and a tree creation means (S102) that creates one or more link trees according to the determination of the other tree determination means.
