PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves gutter unit and an eaves gutter which can control the intrusion of a foreign substance into the eaves gutter and can move liquid smoothly in the eaves gutter. SOLUTION: The eaves gutter unit 2 forms the eaves gutter arranged at the eaves end of a building, and is provided with the lower eaves member 30 and the upper eaves member 32. The lower eaves member 30 is formed in a concave-groove shape in cross section, and the upper eaves member is arranged above the lower eaves member 30 which has a lower eaves member rear surface 36, a lower eaves member undersurface 38, and a lower eaves member front part 40. The lower eaves member rear surface is attached on the outer peripheral surface side of the building, and the lower eaves member undersurface is continuous to the lower end side of the lower eaves member rear surface 36. The lower eaves member front part which is continuous to the lower eaves member undersurface 38 is placed at a more distance from the outer peripheral surface of the building more than the lower eaves member rear surface 36. The upper eaves member 32 has an attaching part 68 and an extended part 70. The attaching part is attached to the lower eaves member rear surface 36, and the extended part is extended from the attaching part 68 toward the lower eaves member front part 40.
