PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing unit for an in-vehicle device capable of being sufficiently fitted to a surface of a dash board formed with a curve, stably obtaining a suction force even under a severe condition such as the vibration of the vehicle and a temperature variation, easily performing re-sticking while strongly performing fixing and having no contamination on a surface after being peeled off. SOLUTION: A ball joint 22 is integrally provided on a back surface of a plate material 21 to make it as a joint base 2, and the plate material 21 is fitted to a mounting part 92 of a bottom surface of the in-vehicle device 9. A receiving seat of the ball joint is provided on an upper surface of a base 1, the coordinated joint base side (in-vehicle device) is supported so that a change of an attitude can be freely performed, and an adhesive sheet 3 is mounted to the bottom surface of the base 1. The adhesive sheet 3 is made to be a gel-like sheet material with high flexibility, and a plurality of suction cups 31 are formed. The suction cup 31 is has a recess 32 of a smooth curve shape and an annular salient 33. Although adjacent clearances of the recess and the salient are set narrow to the minimum, a bottom is set between the adjacent clearances, and thereby, they are arranged so as not to be interfered with each other.
