PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of the final adjustment and confirmation, by precisely guaranteeing performance by separation of lubricating oil, by improving cooling performance. SOLUTION: A gear output rotation member 5 is provided with a linkage-connectable inner peripheral side centering supporting connection part 47 for centering and supporting a clutch output adjusting mechanism part 9 by insertion in the axial direction. An output side support wall 23 is provided with a centering supporting part 43 capable of centering and supporting the clutch output adjusting mechanism part 9 on the outer periphery of the centering supporting connection part 47 by insertion in the axial direction. The clutch output adjusting mechanism part 9 is provided with a linkage-connection part 107 linked with and joined to the centering supporting connection part 47, and a yoke bearing support part 163 centered and supported by the centering supporting part 43.
