Provided is a speech processing device capable of changing a sound collecting range in accordance with a using case of a user. A sound emitting/collecting device (1) is mechanically configured of a generally triangular main casing (10) and two box-shaped auxiliary casings (11 and 12). The main casing (10) is equipped with a speaker (SP) near the center and a microphone array (1150) having a sound collecting range outside of the side wall of a forward direction. The auxiliary casings (11 and 12) are individually equipped with microphone arrays (1151 and 1152) abutting on the different side walls of the main casing (10), while having the sound collecting direction in the reverse outside of the main casing (10). Moreover, the auxiliary casings (11 and 12) are turnably connected to the main casing (10). In accordance with the turning strokes of the auxiliary casings (11 and 12) relative to the main casing (10), the sound emitting/collecting device (1) generates a plurality of sound collecting beam signals (MB10 to MB12) based on the collected sounds of the individual microphone arrays (1150 to 1152), thereby performing the phase control and the adding operation.
